19th Century Primitive Folk Art Antique Grain Painted Wood Comb Shelf
A unique and rare 19th Century primitive grain painted comb shelf made of wood, with a little leather strap for hanging on the wall. The shelf portion is slanted so a comb/brush/candle, or whatever else you can sit in it does not fall off. It's a beautifully carved piece of American wood finished in grain paint. A great addition to a house decor, in a category that is growing fast. Folk art and primitive are becoming very hot. Circa: 19th Century Condition: Good. Consistent with age. Dimensions: 10 3/4" W x 3" D x 13 1/2" H
