Kristin at Cozy Things gives a recipe for a Linen Stitch Scarf, saying: "It’s wild, but only when you really look at it up close.  Otherwise, it seems kind of subdued, vaguely colorful, just interesting." This one is sock yarn leftovers. Also a great use for any scattered-color or short-change yarn like Koigu. How is it that linen stitch makes almost anything look elegant? Watch out for the stiffness, though - swatch just to test the drape!
