Save this high protein waffle recipe for when you’re in the mood!😋 Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats (I use sprouted) 1 cup cottage cheese 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3 eggs, separated Directions: 1. Separate the eggs. 2. Beat the egg whites until fluffy. 3. Add all the other ingredients including egg yolks into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 4. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Do not stir! 5 Pour into a hot greased waffle iron. 6. Enjoy with your favorite toppings! I recommend fruit and a little honey or jam. 7.
