Perfect for a healthy lunch or a side dish! 🌿🧀🥜🍋 Ingredients: 2 ripe pears, sliced 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta Mixed salad greens (like spinach, arugula, or lettuce) Optional: dried cranberries or pomegranate seeds For the Dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tsp honey Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Toast Walnuts: Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Let cool. Assemble the Salad:
