I put these in each student's morning work folders, and using the star as a starting place....students follow the arrows with their finger while quietly saying the name of the letter. Then repeating (looking at the picture if needed), saying the letter's sound or "a is for alligator...a-a-a" These are also laminated and in a center with dry erase pens.I hope this helps your student's in some way.
