Prep in 5 minutes!👇🏼 - Base Layer: • 3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain • 1 tbsp light cream cheese • 2 oz. espresso (double shot) or 1/4 cup coffee • 1 tbsp low calorie maple syrup or sweetener (2 tbsp if you have a sweet tooth) • 2 tbsp chia seeds • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (your favourite tasting one, I used myprotein whey) • Pinch of salt (approx. 1/8 tsp) - Top Layer: • 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder - Topping: Top it off with a layer of unsweetened cocoa powder before going into the fridge and after when serving! - Notes: • You can prep these in large batches for up to 4-5 days. • I
