My last first day of school!! JL got a concussion and I missed my second class so I’d say we’re off to a good start. But for real, I am excited for this semester! For one thing, these overalls are fun! If you’ve been following me for long you know I am obsessed with overalls. Super happy to add these to my collection. Thanks Clad&Cloth! I am frequently asked about what I am majoring in so here’s the story of my collage career haha: So I actually graduated from high school a year ahead of John Luke. We started dating in March of my senior year so I was in the middle of deciding where I would go to school. My dad went to Ole Miss and I grew up watching their football games so I always planned on going there. When it came down to it though, I didn’t want to be 5 hours from home (which funny because now I am 15 hours from home!) So I decided I would go to Louisiana Tech in Ruston, LA. That spring John Luke’s dad spoke at a school called Liberty University in Virginia and came back and told John …

I said “haul” because I’ve seen other people say that haha, so I don’t know if this is technically a haul or not, but I’m sharing some of my personal favorite pieces from Roolee! I talk about Roolee on here a lot so I though I’d write a post and share with you some of my favorite things I have been enjoying this fall from them! They have really good prices and on top of that are having a Black Friday sale so if you want to buy gifts for you friends and your family or want to snag something for yourself on sale, check them out! So here’s a hodge podge of pictures from this fall of some of their pieces. 1. Dannika Textured Sweater I wore this before it got too, too cold with a skirt and boots! I love how its a good weight- not too heavy and not too light-weight. I could wear it then and not be too hot, but its also thin enough that I could layer something over it really comfortably. Now I’d wear it with jeans or just throw on some tights under my skirt! Anyone else LOVE tights? I have loved …

Happy Friday!!! We’ve been walking around campus today giving John Luke’s cousin and uncle a tour! I love when family comes to town for their first time and we get to show them Liberty’s campus. We are so proud of this place and love it so much. Ughhh so grateful for it. Its fun for us to walk around and see the changes on campus too because SO much has changed since we moved here just 3 years ago. I titled this “Winter Uniform” because as I was looking at these pictures I was like “Well its back!,” as in- the temperatures have dropped and I have on all my usual cold-weather pieces haha! My usual overalls (obviously, lol). Then my trusty Blundstone boots! Y’all, my sweet friend Morgan had a pair of these and I loved them so much so I got a pair last year. Best. Purchase. Ever. I wore them nearly everyday last winter and actually right up till summer because we had a chilly spring! They’re comfortable and warm and I just wear them with whatever. I’ve been loving this sweater from Roolee. Roolee always carries really great sweaters. They’ve got SO many cute ones right …
