Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Cake Bars
Ingredients: • 6 rice cakes • 1/2 cup @skippybrand honey creamy peanut butter • 1/2 cup maple syrup • 1 dark chocolate bar + 1/2 tsp of coconut oil • Peanut butter to drizzle Method: 1. In a medium mixing bowl, crush the rice cakes into small pieces. 2. Add in the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup, combine all three ingredients. 3. Lightly grease/ line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. 4. Add the rice cake mixture onto the baking dish and firmly press down the mixture using lightly wet hands or a spatula. *Note: make sure to tightly pack the mixture onto the baking dish. 5.
