She topped hers with a little store bought frosting that we had in the cupboard.  I wanted Fat-FreeRediWhip, but was out, so I measured out a teaspoon of natural peanut butter and stirred that with just a drop or two of stevia.  This was a perfect E dessert to follow our E chili!
