'Kaspar' - sculpted from recycled horseshoes by Bud Thomas of Oregon Horseshoe Art;  stands 9.5 feet tall;  he has a 'wilder mane and fierce stance' than 'Gabriel' (another horse sculpter by Thomas);  even the mane, tail, face and each hoof are made by heating and shaping the horseshoes
