Perfect for tropical-themed parties, this palm tree serving tray and centerpiece is made of pineapples stacked on top of each other.

I made this for our annual luau party - it turned out so cute! I used pineapples for the tree, oranges for the heads, lemons for the noses, radishes & black grapes for the eyes, papya's for the bodies and bananas for the arms & legs. My husband made a thin, sturdy, metal pole on a stand that we skewered the pineapples on, then we attached the monkeys with bamboo skewers that we cut to legnth. It took us about 1 hour to create this from start to finish. You can do it too! It was a huge hit!

Pineapple palm fruit tree: Cut top and bottom of pineapple. Cut out the fruit leaving some still attached to the shell. Add in skewers to hold together. Top with leaves and ta-da!
