Tiki Totem pole sculpture, I used spray foam over a cardboard tube, shape and sanded it, when that was done I sprayed on a few coats of polyester primer, filled in any small defects and srayed a coat of gel coat over it, used a sray release coat over this and made a mold using RTV silicone, and made a mother mold to hold it in shape with fiberglass, here are a few pics of what it looks like
