Cinnamon Roll Stuffed Brioche French toast. Start by cutting yourself two thick slices of brioche bread. Then mix together soften butter, light brown sugar, and cinnamon to make cinnamon butter. Spread over one slice then make a sandwich. Add one egg, milk, and vanilla to a bowl and whisk until fully combined. Then dunk the cinnamon sandwich in the mix until most of it has soaked up and drop off any excess. Melt some butter in a pan on a medium heat and toast until golden brown on each side. Don't forget to toast the edges too. Mix together sugar and cinnamon then coat the bread in the mix. Mix together icing sugar and water until smooth and runny. You could also use milk instead of water if you prefer. Then drizzle it over the French toast. This bit is optional but definitely recommended if you ask me. Oh my gosh it's so delicious. You have to try it if you love cinnamon rolls. Slice it up and serve warm. Enjoy.
