For this one you will need 2 sets of Dumbbells. I used 10kg + 15kg 

The first 2 exercises are performed back 2 back (superset) I used the lighter set of dumbbells (10kg). The Zottman curls are quite challenging and should be done in a controlled manner to achieve the best results hence the lighter weight. 

15kg dumbbells for the tri-set. 
You can scale this down by taking a pause between each exercise but you will lose some intensity. If you follow as the video demonstrates. ‘With the weight in hand’ the pump will be more intense.

3 rounds:
(Superset)
1. Zottman curls 10
2. Reverse curls 10
(Triset)
1. Hammer curls 10
2. Alternating curls 10(total)
3. Cross body curls 10(total)
