So much of our day is spent in a forward flexed posture. Whether working, studying, taking care of kids, housework, or hobbies, our world promotes us to round our shoulders & look down the majority of the time. 

Over time this leads to weakness in the upper back, which in turn leads to pain, knots, headaches, etc. 

So what do we do? We strengthen the upper back. We reverse the forward flexed posture. 

These are 3 of my favorite exercises that you can try. Start with 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps performed 3x/week.
