Teriyaki Sushi Bowls 🍱 

Notes:
- Use any protein you like. I often do salmon or tofu. But today it’s chicken!
- To save time you can use precooked microwave rice. 
- Sushi rice seasoning is optional but gives the rice a nice flavour 
- Use the veg you have available. Sliced baby spinach or cabbage is great too.
- I’ve listed a whole lot of toppings to choose from. They all work well!

Teriyaki Chicken Sushi Bowls 

INGREDIENTS - makes 4 sushi bowls 

700g skinless chicken thighs or tenderloins 
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 cups sushi rice or Jasmine rice 
3 tablespoons sushi seasoning (optional)
Store bought teriyaki sauce (this was kikkoman)
