Ingredients:

Chicken minced (1 kg)

Onion chopped (1/2 cup)

Ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp)

Green coriander (3 tbsp)

Roasted gram flour (1/2 cup)

Cumin powder (1/2 tbsp)

Dried fenugreek (1/4 cup)

Cinnamon powder (1/4 tsp)

Red chili powder (1 tbsp)

Nutmeg powder (1/4 tsp)

chili flakes (1/2 tbsp)

Salt (to taste)

Oil (1 tbsp)

Green chilies (3)

Turmeric (1/2 tsp)

Coal (for smoke)

Foil paper (as required)

Directions:

In a pan add the gram flour and roast until the aroma comes out. Then, keep it aside.

Now in chopper add chicken mince, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, roasted gram flour, cumin powder, dried fenugreek, cinnamon powder, red chili flakes, nutmeg powder, chili flakes, salt, oil, green chilies and turmeric. Chop them until yo
