To make this card with a dandelion flower, I used a combination of heart shaped quilling and tightly rolled quilling. My inspiration for this design is from a post I saw on Instagram. I quilled 4 to 5 inch long pieces of quilling paper for each of the shapes on this card. For some of the tight coils I went with small length pieces.
