On est en Italie, à Rome, alors comment ne pas vous repartager la recette des carbonara 😍

Ingrédients : 
- 170 g de spaghetti
- 90 g de guanciale 
- 2 jaunes d’œufs 
- 30 g de pecorino romano 
- Une louche d’eau de cuisson
- Poivre 

1) Couper le guanciale en lamelles et dorer-les dans une poêle chaude. Faire cuire les spaghettis al dente.

2) Fouetter les jaunes d’œufs avec du poivre noir et le pecorino romano. 

3) Une fois que la texture est crémeuse ajouter une louche d’eau de cuisson et fouetter. 

4) Ajouter les pâtes dans la poêle qui a servi à la cuisson du guanciale, verser la sauce sur les pâtes en remuant énergiquement à feu très très doux pour que les jaunes d’œufs ne cuisent pas. 

5) Ajouter le guanciale, remuer et c Spaghetti, Pasta, Texture, Pecorino Romano, Spaghetti Carbonara, Sauce, Audio

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti 
- 1/2 cup butter
-200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
-1/2 cup pecorino romano, grated
-1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
-3 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
-Extra cheese for serving

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the starchy cooking water. 
2. Meanwhile, heat butter on medium and add shrimp, garlic, and chili flakes. Cook shrimp for 1-2 mins per side, or until pink throughout. 
3. Add the cooked pasta, pecorino romano, & reserved pasta water. Toss gently until the cheese has melted and the sauce is thick.
