This is a seahorse mosaic I made on a repurposed MDF plaque which I panted black then used crackle technique as the background. The tesserae that comprise the horse include mother of pearl beads, ceramic tiles in blue, green and white and a variety of blue colored stained glass pieces, hand cut for the design.
