I want to share with you simple, tasty and nutritious meals with at least 25g of protein that I actually eat, so I’m starting this food series to do just that.

INGREDIENTS
- 150g oats
- 140g 0% fat Fage yoghurt
- 125 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cal spray oil

Toppings :
- 170g 0% fat Fage yoghurt
- Raspberries
- 1 square dark chocolate 
 
STEPS
1) Add the rolled oats, FAGE greek yoghurt, milk, one egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt to a food processor and blend until smooth.
