Practice finding the area of an object with this Minecraft Math activity. Kids can count blocks, use arrays, or use length x width to find the area.

These FREE download area robots from Amy Lemons are a super cute way to math to your students. They are fun, and the kids can color their robots. There is also a sheet where your students tell how many boxes of the grid papers make up the different parts of their robot. These area robots were a hit in my math class, especially with the boys.
