This luxurious house is an exquisite reflection of A360's signature style with a harmonious blend of the client’s identity, aspirations and reflection of their personality.

Situated in a densely populated area in Vadodara, the plot was set amidst an old gated community with minimal greenery. In a plot of 1200 sq.ft., the client demanded a rather large brief for a family of two – a mother and his son. The site’s only view was towards the road and hence required good use of levels. The concept being, designing exterior open spaces maximizing the view towards the road whilst maintaining the visual privacy as well.

Weekend homes usually conjure up images of relaxation, tranquility, modernity, and enjoyment. As a result, we created an earthy, cosy yet luxurious experience with this weekend luxury home. In this 5600-square-foot residence in Umeta, Vadodara, Gujarat offers a sense of “home away from home."

The lifestyle and routine of each family member had been the central source of inspiration. This well-lit and bright home displays functional aesthetics with finesse.

Imbued with modern taste, including fluent lines, the residence audaciously uses materials to create a modern – contemporary home. Having assembled a thoughtful and colorful palette of material finishes. The brief from the client was to make a home which would be easy to maintain and yet have a WOW factor.

The key brief given by the client at the 'Earthy Affair' was having as much open interactive spaces designed in the office interiors. We strategically planned two main cabins in a manner to have visual access to the main road and wide spaces within for easy interaction.
