The best way to train to stay fit is to be active every day. Put your focus on sitting less, and moving more. Make some sort of resistance training twice a week part of your routine to protect your bones and keep your strength up. Try to do some kind of balancing exercise each day like standing on one leg while waiting for your waffle to pop out of the toaster, or your microwave to goes ding.
What Is The Best Age To Retire For Longevity?
For the people working in knowledge based jobs it is reasonable from a congnitive perspective is in the 70's. Based on a study at the institution of Gerontology at the University of Georgia that showed our congnative faculties, in a lot of cases, were able to be maintained into our 70s.
