AMMO by Mig Jimenez - How to make MUDDY TRACKS by Róbert Deák Photo 1. This is the final look of the tracks. Photo 2. In the first step different shades of brown pigments are added randomly. Photo 3. The pigments are dampened with enamel thinner. The color of the pigments turns dark now, but they will get the original color when they are dry again. We let the pigments dry completely before the next step. Photo 4. When enamel thinner is used for fixing the pigments, we can easily remove the excess with a sponge leaving the pigments only in the recesses and around the details. Photo 5. Now, we use the Dry Earth Splashes effect. This product is diluted with enamel thinner in the ration of 1 / 2 ( splashes effect / enamel thinner) then applied randomly on the tracks. Let the effect dry then use a sponge to remove the excess like we did in the case of pigments. Photo 6. Finally, we added the fresh mud. We used a mix of Wet Heavy Mud effect mixed with some soil from the garden and with some modelling grass, this mix was added in the middle of the tracks. After the tracks are dry again we added some dark brow splashes using the Fresh Mud effect and the tracks got the final look after the polished metallic surfaces created. #ammobymigjimenez #robertdeak #weatheringeffects #muddytrack Products for weathering effects here: http://www.migjimenez.com/en/8-weathering-products | Facebook
