Roast for 25 minutes, or until tender. Step 2 Meanwhile, spray a frying pan with a little oil and pan-fry chicken over a medium heat until cooked through. Step 3 Place vegetables on a serving platter and scatter with feta and parsley. Top with chicken before serving.

Wake up with a sore throat, mix hot water, 2 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp vinigar, dash of cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp of lemon juice, mix well and drink :)
