Achari bhindi - This is a quick and easy okra recipe. Fry okra fingers (bhindi) in oil and set aside. In a separate wok, heat up oil and add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and chopped tomatoes. Fry for a few minutes. Add Shan/National Achar gosht masala. Now fry and add a splash of water to cook the tomatoes. Once the tomatoes are tender and the masala separates, add the fried Okra. Let it simmer for few minutes. Serve with daal and rice.
