Modern Cottage
We LOVE how this house turned out! Just a few updates to really make this house the showstopper in the neighborhood! We added new elements to add value to this home while still keeping the aesthetic beautifully and charming. We were intentional about the features that we chose because we wanted to add a new curb appeal while still preserving the warm cozy feel that the client loves. We wanted to make a design that is great for intimate family living and adds incredible value to this home!

Simply Organic
We like to call this design "Simply Organic" because the simple updates make the house look so naturally organic like it was birthed in the environment. The darker color palette with @BenjaminMoore paints for contrast works great here and really looks good with the textured elements.
