SO EASY TO MAKE AND SO HEALTHY: 1 cup dates (soak in boiling water for half hour then drain) 1 cup oats, 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp coconut, 1 tsp vanilla. Mix in food processor for a couple of minutes, then roll into balls , then roll in extra coconut. EASY PEASY!!!
