Dagda is described as the good god of the Irish Celts. He was thought of as a father figure who was from the superhuman race of beings called the Tuatha. The god Ogma was one of his sons. Dagda was a warrior of immense strength who carried a huge club which with one end could kill nine people but at the other end restore a person's life. He owned a cauldron called an Undry which supplied unlimited food. The magic harp he owned was made of oak and encrusted with jewels.
