I've had a super busy work schedule this week and stress levels were getting pretty high as we're only 1 week out from Christmas! This was lunch on-the-go yesterday; a delicious Mexican Bowl with Pulled Beef. Plenty of veg, quinoa and an iron-rich protein source for this busy girl! Have a good weekend 🌼 Em x

We're excited to be taking part in the @new_hemisphere #omegafamilychallenge 🌿  Hemp oil is a good source of essential fatty acids and has a omega-6 to omega-3 ratio of about 3:1 which is considered to be in the optimal range.  Essential fatty acids are especially important during pregnancy 👶🏼 and other sources include walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, salmon and grass-fed animal products.

I came back last night to an empty pantry and no desire to buy groceries after spending Auckland Anniversary weekend beach hopping around the coast 🐬 (no complaints)! So today I quickly popped to the supermarket in my lunch break and whipped up this throw-together plate.  I have food in the fridge for the next few days, saved a few dollars and best of all, know exactly what's going into my body!

Bulk Salad - chocka with fresh veggies, walnuts & sunflower seeds. Just add a protein source and olive oil based dressing and lunch is sorted
