I picked short videos I like and find effective to make it easier to start working out and to build consistency ^^ you guys can follow the entire routine or just try one video per day so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. 💗Gentle reminder: 5~6 mins of workout is still better than nothing at all! + consistency is key!
