You can flip your jumbo shells inside out. So follow me here. Take those jumbo shells. Flip them inside out and place them inverted into your muffin tin. This recipe I learned from one of my dear friends. After that you're going to grab some meatballs. Any kind of meatball will do. I used thawed frozen meatballs for this particular recipe. This is the home style one but you can make your own. Use turkey or whatever works for you is fun. Next you're going to come in with some gravy or sauce. Okay I call gravy because I guess I'm from the East Coast and something cooked with meat we call gravy. But take your pasta sauce and go ahead and put a dollop on top of each and every one of those little meatballs. This is going to be a garlic and herb version from Preo. Now of course you have your gravy, your meat, and your pasta. You need cheese. This is a blended pizza cheese. So this is mozzarella, parmesan, and romano. And I'm putting a healthy dose of cheese on top of each one of those inverted shells to cover up the gravy and meatball and then coming back in with a dose of spice. This is the perfect Italian seasoning. Then you just have your oven preheated to three fifty. Toss it in there for about 10 to 15 minutes until everything crisps up and you can set these out for your party to enjoy. I hope you love this recipe as much as we did. Yummy. Mm mm mm. Yes.
