This is part six of carpal tunnel series. Today I will show you category five of six categories of carpal tunnel exercises. This is one of the popularly prescribed exercises for carpal tunnel syndrome: tendon glides. This is a good range of motion exercises for flexion motion of the joints of the fingers. However, if you have excessive tension in your finger flexors or wrist flexors, this exercise may be painful. Since this is considered a flexion exercise, it does not actually improve the flexibility of the tendons affected by carpal tunnel syndrome.
