Chicken Marsala...YUM! I will be using 4 chicken breasts instead of one since the recipe has lots of sauce. I may also scale back just alittle on the Marsala since it is pretty strong. Just keep the amount of breadcrumbs to a minimum and you have a perfect low carb meal. Enjoy : )
