Anger is referred to as a “secondary emotion” because we tend to use anger to cover up other vulnerable feelings. This is such a good reminder for the next time you feel angry as a parent or for when your kid acts angry.
Needed this reminder today. I'm at week 2 and feeling it, but was discouraged I'm not seeing more. Dumb!! I feel it so I know the progress is there. Trust the process Make it to 4 weeks and then Keep going!
