Date, Orange and Chia Bliss Balls. Bliss balls are one of my favourite little snacks to make. They ridiculously easy and quick to make and are perfect for the work or school lunchbox. They contain only natural sugars and are a great way to get each vitamins and minerals into your diet. These bliss balls are lovely and lush when you bite into them due to the use of orange juice. You could also add a tablespoon or two of cacoa or cocoa to create a jaffa flavoured bliss ball.
