simple & delicious 5 ingredient apple oat bars - plant-based
Ingredients for 6-7 bars: - 160g oats (2 cups) - 60g walnuts (3/4 cup) - 130g raisins (1/2 cup) - 2 apples - 1 tbsp cinnamon Instructions: 1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz. 2. Add the mixture into a baking tin and squish well, you want to the oat to be 2 cm high. 3. Bake at 180C for 20-25 mins 4. Once ready, remove from the tin and let it cool down completely on a baking rack. 5. Cut into slices and enjoy! Credits to healthy_floflo
