The coconut condensed milk mixture needs to be stirred constantly on medium heat until it starts separating easily from the pan. The sugar caramel also takes some time to so be patient and don’t touch it until it darkens colour (don’t burn it too much). I could have taken it off the heat a little bit earlier.
