I've always wanted a portable Xbox console from Microsoft. The Nintendo Switch just reminds me of that fact. I've always loved handheld gaming. From the days of the Game Boy Pocket to the present day when I just got my new Nintendo Switch I enjoy being able to play games whenever and wherever I am. I'm not only a Nintendo loyalist either; I have both of Sony's portable efforts too and I still play games on one of them. But I don't have a portable Xbox and that makes me sad.
Interesting that the 40th anniversary of Pong is a portable XBox with a wood panel front -- despite Pong (nor any game console) ever being made of wood. Wood is timeless but also *communicates* timelessness. [From Atari celebrates 40 years of Pong with new, free iOS Pong game, sweet portable Xbox 360]
