Helpful Hint-Wine (Vol. 2)

This is a pretty good generalization, but it is by no means completely accurate in terms of sweet-to-dry. Sauv Blanc can be very dry and is the wine to use when recipes call for a dry white wine. Rieslings are much sweeter than Pinot Grigios as well. IMO.
