This one falls under the GOOD category. Fruity, crisp and refreshing with just a touch of sweetness. Perfect for sipping by itself on a warm, sunny day. Or serve with plain crackers and mild white cheeses, such as Provolone, Monterey Jack or white cheddar. My favorite Riesling of all time.
