Victory-20 min pylometric whole body sculping routine. This was a great workout, although, not so total body, my legs and butt were more sore than my upper body. Great way to spend 20 minutes!

25 minute full body tabata workout. Tabata is really just a fancy word for a four-minute interval workout. The Tabata philosophy is based on creating what we call an Oxygen Debt – that means that you have burned off the oxygen you currently have in your muscles and thus your body has to find a way to replace it.
