Before they pour the concrete for our porch, we put a Bible in a ziplock bag and nudged it exactly where people will step each time they enter our home. I wrote several prayers inside, asking God to bless all those who enter and to allow us to be a blessing. To protect our home and us. And that just as that location is the first step you take when entering, we will use it as a reminder to keep His word first in all that we do. ✝🙌🏼 Psalm 119:105 More pics on the blog, link in profile…

A sister, brother & nephew were released, but Corrie and her sister Betsie were sent to Ravensbruck concentration camp, where Betsie died. To preserve our precious relationship with our heavenly Father, we must continue to apply Jehovah’s wise instruction in our life. How fine it is if our attitude reflects that of the psalmist who wrote: “I have taken your reminders as a possession to time indefinite, for they are the exultation of my heart”! (Ps. 119:111) Do we similarly take delight in Jehovah’s commandments, or do we sometimes view them as burdensome?

Make Jehovah’s Reminders the Exultation of Your Heart I have taken your reminders as a possession to time indefinite. (Psalm 119:111) True Christians appreciate helpful advice, especially when it is based on God’s Word. Jehovah’s reminders give valuable insight, teaching us and helping us to avoid such pitfalls as materialism, sexual immorality, and drug or alcohol abuse. (Prov. 20:1; 2 Cor. 7:1; 1 Thess. 4:3-5; 1 Tim. 6:6-11) Moreover, we rejoice over “the good condition of the heart”…

Every day, minute by minute, we are in a battle. Our very lives, and the lives of our families, are a war zone. There is no need to fear our enemy, but an awareness of the battle at hand is much needed! “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion …

Christian Bulletin Boards - "One of our Sunday school teachers did this fun board. She was pretty excited to find the lighthouse, and wave border at our local education store in the clearance section. She often uses plastic table cloths as backgrounds which gives a variety of bright color at a great price. You can see, she hand wrote the verse Matthew 5:16 and then wrote the names of the children on the sailboats."

You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. Ps 139:1 (NKJV) The author of this Psalm had been accused of idolatry. He wrote this Psalm in defence and response to the allegations against him, knowing in his heart that he was innocent. He was being falsely accused. Have you ever experienced that? Or maybe, you’ve been the one pointing the finger? I’ve been in both spots... KEEP READING → http://www.pktfuel.com/known-and-loved/

The Bible, Biblia, The Book: Psalms, Acts of the Apostles, Proverbs, The Beatitudes, Book of Esther are some of my favorite readings. St. Paul wrote 2/3 of the New Testament. He was a sinner who became a saint.
