ALL ISRAEL WILL BE SAVED (Romans 11:25-27) "For I do not want you, brethern to be uninformed of this mystery-sonthat you will no be wise in your own esimation-that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; and so all Israel will be saved..."
A few things I've learnt from waiting upon the Lord: 1) Waiting upon the Lord, does not mean missing out. (Isaiah 55:11) 2) His timing has always turned out way better than what I had thought was great timing (2 peter 3:9) 3) in the Waiting, there's countless invitations to have an upgrade in trust with God. (Psalm 33:20-22) 4) Waiting renews our strength as our leaning into His grace. (Isaiah 40:31) 5) Rather than making something happen on our own, waiting on God gives Him a chance to…
"God is a happy-making God. He claims this as his name an eternal symbol of who he is: 'You shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace. . . . And it shall make a name for the Lord' (Isaiah 55:1213). Gods eternal plan is to make his people happy. And yet so often happiness seems to be pulled just out of our reach institutionalized abortion mass shootings the recurrence of cancer moral collapse unfaithful friends personal sins that seem so embedded in our bones that they just wont die…
If a character loves tea it has to have a meaning. It has to tell you something about him. If I think about why I love tea I've got nothing. I just do. It's easy (boil water, add tea leaves), it's convenient (no carrying bottles), it's cheap (water is basically free). What does that tell you? I prefer certain flavours though: green or white tea with peach and vanilla flavour. Maybe that's telling. If any of it is at all.
What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! Romans 6:15 / True grace does not condemn or make you sin conscious but it should make you not want to sin or ever do anything to hurt Jesus who loves you so.
I am so proud of my son and his choice to become a missionary. Jake moved in me and his Dad years ago. This boy has grown in to a wonderful man and example of a worthy priesthood holder. He is a positive person and does not like conflict, he gets that from his Dad. There are people in his life who bash his Dad and myself. What they don't understand is the more the bash the further he will push away from you.
Isaiah 40:29-31 (Words from my sons soul) - God leaves weaknesses in us so we will cry out to him. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. 30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
