My DH recently was admitted with sepsis to ER. They wasted no time diagnosing and treating. Thanks to them, he is alive. Unfortunately after 28 days of antibiotics in two hospitals, sepsis in the spine, a huge spinal abscess, diseased gall bladder removed (not the cause of the sepsis), 4 lamenectomies, a second abscess, two spinal fractures, fluid in left lung with a suspicious spot in same area. More blood work, x-rays, CAT scans, and MRI's. Now he has a bad pain in his hip. It ain't over…
