Today's bird breed of the day (April 25) is the black rosy-finch, which is found in the western Unites states. They mainly live up high in the mountain areas. Their nests are usually built in a cavity on a cliff. They feed on seeds, grasses, and insects, foraging on the ground. Their call is a buzz type "chew"
