Cinnamon Apple Crisps    2 small fresh apple(s), Red Delicious or Gala, sliced paper-thin     1 Tbsp sugar     1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.   Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (not wax paper). Place apple slices in a single layer on paper; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.  Bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours. Cool on wire rack and serve.

I have used this recipe for years but now my husband and I arent as young as we use to be (imagine that) so we both joined the Weight Watcher points plus program on line.. It is a wonderful way to loose weight.I have changed the original recipe to Weight Watchers and now just 8.2 points per serving.
