Holidays are coming and its so easy to fall off track. This is the time that you have to focus the most and put the excuses behind you! Ther are so many, I know, I've said them all!!! But you gotta fight them!! . . Wake up every morning and remind yourself of your goals! Remind yourself why you started and how far you've come. Don't ruin all your progress. If you had a bad weekend or even a bad month, brush it off and try again! It's the last week of October!! MAKE IT COUNT! :)
