watermelon cake pops! bake a red velvet cake with chocolate chips in them, once it's done then break it into crumbs, add icing then roll them up into balls and stick them on lollipop sticks, freeze overnight, cover in white/dark chocolate and paint with special food-coloring, and enjoy!!
